There are many people who schedule appointments and cancel without notice or reschedule way too many times. We will ask for deposits and or a credit card to be left on file. If you are an established client, with a great attendance history, the perk is that your deposits are waived. Deposits are carried over to your rescheduled visit and are applied once you checkout at your next visit. Please make sure that you are wanting and are committed to your appointment, because deposits are not refundable. 

We'd love to have you bring a friend with you, but unfortunately our space doesn't allow for it. Its just too small at the moment. If you need to bring someone with you, they might need to stay out in the lobby. Our space is just too small to allow extra guests. 

Our address is 3479 E Baseline Rd. Suite 14, Gilbert, AZ 85234. We are just south of Dana Park Shopping center across the street from FireHouse Subs, Panda Express and Nectar. We are behind Big O Tires. We are in the East Building 3479, and as you walk in you go to the right and our suite is the first one on the left. 

We use a few lines: Alterego, AlfaParf, Oligo, EVO. We select brands that are high in quality and limit the use of chemicals that can cause irritation or allergic reactions. Our color is free of PPD and we have options of no ammonia and low ammonia as well. Patch tests are required if you are aware of any allergies to color. We do have first aid kits available if anything may arise during your appointment. We do recommend that you see an allergist if you suspect a color allergy. They can let you know specifics about sensitivities and allergies. 

Denise Negron is the owner of the salon and she can help you with questions you might have. She is highly educated and her mission is to provide her guests with quality service through effective communication that delivers optimal results and beautiful looking hair. Denise is also a Registered Dental Hygienist. 

Great questions! AVA is an abbreviation and are the first letters of Denise's three daughters. Alexis, Valerie & Abigail. Valerie is the oldest, Alexis is next and also works along side her mom, and Abigail is the youngest and you can thank her for setting her mom back on the path of doing hair full-time.
